Being the beginning of the season the girls kinda stumbled over what they were saying but it was still neat to get to pet a snake and a baby alpaca and see their cockatoo. There was also another show, which could use some work. There is also a pig race which is pretty funny! They have monkeys, a sloth, porcupine, alpacas, kangaroo, a fox and some ducks that eat food right out of your hands. There is also a walk through park with camel and pony rides for little kids. They were eating out of the back of the tractor while he was still driving. If you don't get the food off your lap and out the window fast enough, they will come right in and get it themselves!! This time we got to see a stampede as the buffalo rushed to a tractor bringing lunch to the herds. There are deer and alpacas and moose and zebras and buffalo and long horned steers. You get to feed a variety of animals either pellets or carrots. You get to drive through as many times as you want. It's about a 20 minute drive and worth the trip. When we plan a trip to Cedar Point it HAS to include a trip here. Take the time to watch some of the shows that they have, the pig races were hysterical and they had a baby animal show where you could pet some of them. If you go on this trip you definetly need to bring a camera. There were a variety of animals to feed but the highlight was feeding the giraffe through the sunroof of my car.

The ones that could have done damage were kept in seperate pens. The worst that they did was slobber on the windows and my steering wheel, but no scratches to the paint.

The cost to enter was fair and that included one free cup of feed, but they did charge extra for carrotts to feed the animals. This free-range animal park has been delighting families for over 50 years. We were pleasantly surprised when we got there and would recomend people to take time to explore this park. We were a little unsure on making the drive from Cedar Point to Port Clinton, roughly 25 minutes, because we had no way to know if the park would be worth it.
